Our leadership team & teams
The church is run by a number of teams which provide leadership across many areas. The church could not run without the dedication of these teams and the work that they do in their particular areas.
Leadership team
Within LifeSpring Community Church we have a dedicated leadership team that works together to give oversight and direction to what we do and who we are as a church.
This team is led by Earl and Rebecca Robinson and consists of Dave and Jeanette Downer, John and Wendy Thurston and Jhon and Lannah Agreda.
Pastoral, prophetic & worship
In addition to the leadership team there are a number of other teams including the pastoral, prophetic, worship and Sunday planning teams that help the church function in its daily expression.
There is a pastoral team made up of three couples that gather to pray and give oversight to the pastoral work of the church.
There is a worship team which is a variety of musicians and singers that play and lead on Sundays.
A Sunday planning team meets to provide the programme, invite speakers, be creative and plan out what our teaching focus’s will be.
A prophetic team gathers 5-6 times per year to pray, listen to God and give direction of what we feel God is saying to the church.
Oversight & governance
There is oversight and legal responsibility provided by Basingstoke Community Churches.
